did i do something wrong? your help files say to check for a bid group - i am not using that, the bid shold have gone in

also looking at the completed tab there was no attempt to place the snipe

Thank you for your question about this snipe. Unfortunately, this was a free snipe and the system it was on became overloaded. Another system was added so it won't happen again. We added 5 free snipes as a good will gesture.
