Bid did not fire

It happened again. Although my bid was higher than the winning bid, and the notice said the bid was fired, I did not win. Please remove the 50 cents charge. P.S. I have just changed my password to a stronger one in hopes this does not happen again.

On your Completed Snipes tab, there are snipe fire times listed, so this means that we did place the snipes as you requested--- however, it was not possible for the snipe to win because we still had the same credentials as when you did not win last time.
It doesn't appear that your new password is going to work, either. Please follow the guidelines on item 3 on this article.
