Yes, of course we did change it manually. We reviewed your snipes to see what we encountered when we placed your snipe. The pages returned from eBay stated your password was not correct.
Please go to your Completed tab and hover your mouse. You can see the snipe placement times. We received the same result for both snipes we placed on your behalf.
Also, it clearly states on the page where you wrote in, that we cannot determine win status if we do not have your correct information. All snipe services clearly advertise this problem.

Your programme originally said I'd won it, I emailed in a complaint and all of a sudden your programme shows that my ebay password was "incorrect" and the bid was lost because of this.
Make your minds up. If I hadn't complained I have no doubt that the message would have remained "bid placed OK!"
