It's an account from before 2020, so what needs to be done?

I wasn't clear. The AWTRAVEL account is from before 2020. It's the only account. There is no second account. I mentioned it because your site said 'if your account is older than 2020, you have to write our support.'

That's it. That's why I'm here.

I can't find that userid, or your name, in our database.

I also checked the authorization log to look for any recent sign-up attempts and don't see any.

I'm assuming the authorization wasn't successful and gave an error page leading you here. That means I should be able to find you in the auth log.

Perhaps if you try and sign up again, I can check the log again. I cleaned the log so I'll know if it's you. I'll watch for your reply.
