I'm not sure what happened with your software but I did not bid on the above item !!! I only bid on tools or repair parts for equipment, certainly nothing like this. Please check into this as I want to retain my 100% rating and let me know your findings as soon as possible.

We got to the bottom of this. It was human error on our side. I was doing some user testing and I accidentally transposed the numeric user_id of the customers, and added the snipes to your account by accident! So rest assured this was a human error, not a security breach or anything.
Now as for how we can deal with the inconvenience we caused you, I sent a note to the owner and I should hear back from him tomorrow.
I am truly sorry about this. In fifteen years of operation this has never happened.

Please be sure the seller obtains the cause of the problem. He/she was very compassionate and understanding about the problem and cancelled the bid.
