Authorization failed during snipe...lost item.

L.S.
Unfortunately I missed an important item, because the snipe did not perform. I am very disappointed in the reliability of BidSlammer and pissed-off because of the missed opportunity.

The error occurred:
Our authorization with eBay to bid on your behalf has expired. Please visit your Preferences and click 'Renew Authorization'.
Looking at my Preferences I see:
Your authorization appears to be current. However, if you are experiencing errors "Auth token is invalid" or "Unknown Error," you may wish to use the link below to refresh your authorization. It's always a good idea to refresh once per year.
So my question is now: Is the authorization OK or not?
Apparently NOT, because of the performance of BidSlammer....although after set-up of the snipe everything appeared OK

Hello,
Thank you for your question about authorization. We did execute the snipe from more than one location. The 'expired' error message that you received is accurate.
If the authorization is expired, then we show a red error dialog in your BidSlammer home page. If you didn't see that, the only other possibility is that the customer revoked the authorization at the eBay site at some point in the past. Unfortunately, we can't easily test for that situation.
As of the time of this response, our system reports that your authorization is valid, so you are good to go for any future snipes.
Please let us know if we can help with any other questions, we are happy to help.
