Authorization expired... won't renew

Hi there! My authorization expired. I followed the link and accepted your usage with ebay. I was sent to the "success" screen (https://bidslammer.com/user/view/signup_ok)
BUT!... I still get a message in the red ribbon bar (Authorization Required...) AND a second message in the green ribbon bar (Authorization Successful!...). Both message simultaneously. I've authorized several times over two days. Same results.
And I can't set up a snipe. When I enter the item and bid and click "Add Snipe" I get "eBay Authorization required. Please visit your bidslammer Preferences to update your Authorization."
Which I've obviously done. Several times.
Please advise.

More info: On my Bidslammer Preferences page it says:
"eBay Authorization is Expiring Soon. It expires on . Invalid"
This after authorizing several times and being sent to the success page.

OK... 46 hours later and no response on this ticket. I missed the item I was attempting to snipe. Of course it went for less than my maximum bid that I tried to enter into Bidslammer. I'm irritated.
Do you use this help ticket system? Because if you don't, that's unprofessional. You shouldn't have it as an option for us to THINK we will get help.
Now, back to my problem. Still as described above. With one change: after hitting "Accept" on the ebay auth page, I no longer go to a Bidslammer 'success' page that tells me I'm good for another 18 months. I now am sent to https://bidslammer.com/auth/ebay_accepted/?ebaytkn=&tknexp=1970-01-01+00%3A00%3A00&username=clarks922
Which hangs on a blank screen.
Still need help. Please advise.

Thank you for your notice about the authorization process. We regret the late reply, but we'd like you to know that we investigated immediately after you wrote us. It took a bit of time, but we were able to reproduce the problem.
Two questions:
1. Can you confirm that for your browser, you have cookies enabled for *.bidslammer.com?
2. Have you changed your eBay ID since you joined in 2008?

Hi there,
1. Confirmed that cookies are enabled and there is no block on *.bidslammer.com in my Chrome browser: (Settings / Privacy and security / Site settings / Cookies and site data)
2. I don't believe that the eBay ID has been changed. The eBay account I am attempting to use has not had any changes. There has been other eBay accounts I have used with this Bidslammer account that are no longer in use or linked.

I attempted another snipe and had the same issue.

We figured this out. The short version: Please try again at https://bidslammer.com/signup/ .
Details: There's a token eBay gives us to identify you. Yours was blank, so we couldn't identify you. We located the token in our logs, and updated your account with it. It should recognize you, update the latest userid, and take you to your dashboard.
Please let us know if that works. We'd like to make sure you are up and running ok.
p.s. The snipe count was updated as well. Thank you again.
