Thank you for your question about updating the item information. We refresh a few times a day automatically. When you say "using refresh," did you use the browser refresh, or "our" refresh button? You can perform a refresh manually on your Dashboard. Just go to the "Current" tab and press the "Refresh Bid/Price Info" button. It is also on the "Pending" tab.

Ok. Then the only thing I can think of is if your authorization expired. To renew your authorization, just visit the BidSlammer Preferences page and follow the prompt to "Refresh Your Authorization."
Does this fix the issue?
