I thought it was so obvious I wouldn't write after the ~April 16 'upgrade'...
However:
The correct final bid is no longer shown so everything is a Win in Green !
Many, many previous bid results were lost from about 2 weeks ago to 3+ months ago.
The Lost bids from about 2 weeks and more ago have all been deleted, apparently.
As in the past, if one puts in a '3 second snipe' the snipe is at best 5 seconds.
It seems to have improved a bit as it was usually 7 (+/- 2) seconds.
I have lost so many bids, I was thinking of paying more for a '2 second' snipe.
Will you be improving on the snipe time ?

Thank you for your question about the refreshes. We ran a 2-month refresh of your items, which should correct any issues you saw.
Are you certain that you lost bids? We have had no complaints and I cannot find any in your account. Perhaps if you could give an item number or two, we can investigate further. We keep extensive logs of every snipe we place.
We did have the snipe time buffered to account for eBay lag, but that was only a temporary precaution.
We never delete snipes. Only the customer can delete a snipe, and it must be done before the auction closes.
