I am merely a user of this device...not a guru....how do I get your new programming without being inconvienced again. Please just reply with step by step instructions for me on my old IPad.

For the last two months, we have been advertising on the main page that we would release a new software version, and that it would require refreshing your login.

Why would you want me to quit using my bidslammer user
id and start using my ebay userid....???????.....nothing is working for me here. I am done....

We made the change to using eBay userid because so many people were not updating the password at our site, and it would result in missed bids. The only real way to force users to provide the correct credentials is by asking for them right up front every time.
I think you have missed one or two snipes to this reason in the past, so this was really a safeguard against that happening.
We regret any frustration or inconvenience that you experienced.
