Please advise. I adjusted my lead time to three seconds and am still having issues. Why was my snipe not placed.. again?

Thank you for your question about this item. Please look at the log (by clicking the icon). The issue is not the lead time.
You added the bid at 12:08:01 PDT, but the item ended at 12:09:32 PDT. You must add the bid 2 minutes or more before closing.
I'll check to see why the system didn't catch this as it usually does, but in any case, the bid would not have been able to be entered anyway.

Thank you. I did not realize the system would let me place a snipe that it would not accept. I will enter snipes further in advance next time.

It was a bug introduced by the last release. As the result of your post, I made a hotfix, and so in the future you should see a message like this:
"Auction closes in 112 seconds (minimum = 120)."
