Hi, I'm looking for some clarity, my annual direct debit went out in November as per usual, yet today I no longer have access to the premium features. My direct debit seems to have changed into a monthly debit rather than yearly is this indeed the case.

Thank you for your question about your subscription. Our PayPal "IPN" payment notifications didn't register the payment, so I just updated you manually.
