I signed up for the annual membership at a reduced rate of $14.95. You billed my Discover Card for $48.00. What prompted this high charge? Also, what happened to the $38.00 balance that I had? Jo Jackson

The annual rate is always $48, but if you pay by PayPal it deducts the $38 to make the payment $14.
However if you pay by credit card it charges the full $48 and your balance is still there. It will re-appear after the subscription is over.
If you would like to process this a different way, please let us know and we are happy to make changes for you.
