For some reason i was downgraded to the free account despite the payment going through. I'm not sure if its because I changed my ebay account name so maybe your system didn't update or what but thought this would be the best way to rectify this problem. Frustrating but you guys have done a good job for me since i upgraded and have great customer service from my interactions in the past.

Thank you for your question about your subscription. It seems that PayPal sent us a notification about your new payment, but it wasn't recorded. I updated it manually, and you are good to go.

Thank you I can see I've been re-subscribed. Appreciate the help. As a follow up looking at my account, Could I have an extension of my subscription for the last 10 days as I was unable to use bidslammer in that time period. As of right now I'm seeing that I only have 355 days left instead of 365 despite not being able to use it those 10 days because of the issue that had to be corrected manually on your end.
