I still have not received a response from your business and, I submitted this ticket 2 weeks ago, I should not have to wait 2 WEEKS for a response to a straight up question: I made this reoccuring payment to powersnipe and then it was transferred to you.. .

Thank you for your question about your extra payment. The short answer is: PowerSnipe will refund you if you e-mail them. It was surely an oversight. We also sent an email of our own to PowerSnipe on your behalf.
We know that they intended to cancel their subscriptions some time ago, but this one appears to have gone unnoticed.
Also make sure to cancel the subscription at PayPal by visiting the payment page at PayPal. Please do not dispute the charge, because we know that they will refund it.
As for our payment, you paid us $12.99 for a month and this subscription was canceled by you, so you will not see any further payments.
Please let us know when this matter has been resolved to your satisfaction.

I notified Powersnipe in April and STILL NOTHING!! When are going to make this right? You are the one who bought out Powersnipe, so your company should make sure this is taken care of.
I want my payment money that is owed. I paid the annual fee that you are not honoring so give me my money back!!!

We do not own PowerSnipe. They just refer their customers to us. We cannot refund your $45.99 payment because we did not initiate it. That said, if a month has passed since you last contacted them, perhaps you could send them a reminder. If that is not successful, we can extend your subscription for a year as a good will gesture if you like.
