Hi! I keep getting billed for a separate account when I have already paid.
kbrooks459 has not been my ebay ID for a very longtime. [edited]
lumisnumis is my UID for ebay [edited].

I keep asking about this every month and I keep getting double billed. THIS IS NOT COOL!!!!!

If you cant tell me a solution or fix this issue TODAY, I’m finding another platform and seeking a refund via PayPal for the $40 annual fee and the $10 a month fee you are DOUBLE charging me.

IN TIMES LIKE THIS YOU SHOULD TRY KEEPING YOUR CUSTOMERS RATHER THAN DOUBLE BILLING.

Hello Kevin,
We always respond to your tickets, but never receive a follow-up. When you submitted your ticket, we sent you a confirmation by email with a link to the ticket. Please use that link from now on.
We do not double-bill customers. As we've explained in all of your other tickets, you changed your eBay ID, and then signed up for the service again under that new ID. Then you paid us again under that new account.
We have no idea why you did this, or why you would blame us for it, but in any case, we refunded the account and canceled the other subscription as you requested.
