Can't get Bidslammer on Firefox, chrome AOK!

1. Could you explain what you mean by "can't get on?" I'm not sure if you mean logging in, or placing bids.
2. Are you using a tablet or phone?
3. Could you walk me through the steps or actions you are taking when you see the issue?
Once I have this information, I’ll be able to troubleshoot more effectively. I am able to log in as you and see shat you see. If it helps, we use Firefox as our primary browser here at the office.

I think you are saying that you try to Authorize, but it doesn't work.
Could you tell me what happens after you Authorize? Or the steps or actions you are taking when you see the issue?

I AM USING MY COMPUTER & I simply click on Firefox GO TO EBAY then add acct name - lynnefrompa, or reecyscoinsandnotes, then the password, but NO BIDSLAMMER appears! I go back to chrome & NO PROBLEM W/EITHER ACCT!

Ah, that helps! This means the authorization, coming back from eBay, doesnb't work. It sounds like you are getting a blank page, perhaps. I think this is related to security settings in your Firefox browser.
I turned on "logging" in your account so I can see what is going on. If you would not mind going through the process again, on both accounts---I can check the log and see exactly the issue.

That's correct - nothing changed. Please allow me to clarify. For each account, I request that you
1. Log out
2. Click the Signup link on the home page
3. Complete the authorization process.
4. Let me know after you completed the above steps on each account, and I will go check the log files.

That means to use the "Sign in with eBay" link in Preferences. Or, you can do it this way:
1. Log out
2. Click the Signup link on the home page
3. It will take you to eBay to login. Login to eBay and it will ask you to authorize our account.
If you do that for me, I can then go into the log files and see if the account is set up properly.

Logged out, I signed up & NOWHERE DOES IT ASK TO AUTHORIZE THE ACCT ON FIREFOX. Did this for both accts. On Chrome it's there automatically

Yep, I understand that Chrome works, and you can access your Dashboard there. That is because you are logged in.
But I still don’t know what you mean by “Firefox does not have BidSlammer.”
I need to know the exact problem and the steps to reproduce it.
Here are some examples of what I mean:
Example 1: “I go to the BidSlammer homepage in Firefox, but the page doesn’t load. It is blank.”
Example 2: “I log in on Firefox, but after I enter my username and password, I get an error.”
If you can describe the problem like this, I can figure out what’s wrong.

Hi, we thought of another way to do this. After the weekend, we'll have video recording in place. So all you have to do is make the problem happen, and we can go check video for it.
If you don't mind waiting a few more days, this will be a much better way to help. I will write again when it is in place.

I will, but how do I get bid slammer on this tablet when I'm out of town

I'm now on bidslammer on my tablet for both accts, but ONLY ON CHROME - FIREFOX STILL DOESN'T WORK! Also, when I slamit I have to do it TWICE on both accts, as it REFUSES TO ACCEPT A BID THE 1ST TIME!!!
