My paid for acount (monthly subscription) is no longer a paid account.
I can only have on active snipe at a time.

I tried purchasing Bid Points but that did not fix the issue either.

Thank you for your question about your subscription. We credited it as soon as I saw this yesterday, so I'm writing to close the thread.

I also refunded the extra payment.

Our PayPal "IPN" payment notifications didn't register the payment, so I just updated you manually.
