Hello I have a had paid subscription since October of 2024 and I opened the site today to place a handful of bids and was met with an error " Free accounts are allowed 1 free snipe at a time." Looking to get this resolved so I can get my bids in before EOD, thanks.

Thank you for your question about your subscription. Our records show that PayPal tried to charge your subscription twice, but each time it failed. The dates were 2025-08-15 and 2025-08-20.

Just go to the "Upgrade" tab at the top menu bar, and re-subscribe.

Im seeing the monthly cost as $20. Is there a way I can get back to the $12/month I was previously paying?

I added a free month for now. After that, the annual plan is $8/month paid annually -- would that be ok? We'd have to rewrite the code again to put back the older pricing.
