Hi, there... Since the new UI was introduced, I've noticed every snipe I add times out (i.e. doesn't automatically populate below) and requires me to refresh the page in order to see it.

Additionally, it's often not recalling my lead time settings (I'll declare 1s and the bid will be placed several seconds earlier) and I'm curious if that's at all aligned with the issue cited above.

Love the service and have used it for years; trying to understand why it's no longer performing as expected. Appreciate any help you could offer, thanks!

Thank you for your question about the Add Snipe button. I didn't realize you were talking about the Slam-It toolbar. I was able to reproduce it. You should not see the issue any longer, but if so, let us know ASAP.

Also, we sometimes have to buffer the lead time in times of significant delays to eBay, but it is a rare occurrence.
