Thanks for your question about authorizing. What happens when you try to authorize? How far do you get? For example, is it taking you to eBay? Do you see the eBay authorize button?

Do you see an error on our site, or on eBay's?

Are you using an ad blocker? If so, try to disable it for our site or disable it temporarily, just to see if this is the issue.

Does it happen on different browsers?

Please try those things and I will watch for your reply.
