The good news is that we do appear to have the correct account information at this time, as a test program says the info is ok.
If you submit the incorrect information it will not accept any of the fields, so I wonder if this is what you were experiencing.
As for the problem you described, wow! that sounds very odd. I just tried it in our account and it works ok. If this happens again please let us know.
