It has been a long time since I've used bid slammer and I think your business model may have changed. Last I recall, my account had credits of some sort that I no longer see. Can someone tell me how bid slammer has changed and what happened to any credits in the account?

Thank you for your question about your credits and balance. The short answer is that you can see the credits in the upper-left corner of your main snipe page. The snipe you have set currently uses a low lead time, which indicates that it is using your credits.
Yes, we changed the payment system years ago from "balance" (where you made "deposits") to a choice of "subscription" (unlimited use) or "snipes remaining" (pay per use). Customers on the "balance" system stayed on it until the balance reached zero.
A few years ago, we had a fraction of our casual users still on the "balance" system, like yourself, with a very small balance --- so we converted the "balance" to "snipes remaining"
You've been with us a long time. Please let us know how much you plan to use the site in the upcoming months, and we can extend the service a bit more.

Thanks for the explanation. I have no record of being informed of this change. Was it emailed to users? The last email I have from you guys is a double bucks offer on 4/13/14.
I am a very casual ebay user and mostly select buy now options. At the moment I am looking for an item that will likely need to be purchased at auction. It is hard to say what my future use will be. Whatever it is, a subscription seems like more than I need and some sort of Slam Pack would make sense.
Can you tell me what my balance was at the time of conversion? Currently I see no indication of "snipes remaining".
In the past, you periodically ran double bucks specials. Do you still offer periodic specials?
