I have tried to understand from the relevant info on the "Help" page, but still cannot understand. Does the "Lead Seconds" represents the time difference between the submission of your bid and the end of the auction? For example, does a "Lead Seconds" of 3 mean that your bid is placed 3 seconds before the end of the auction? Please advise, thanks.

Thank you for your question about lead time. Yes, your example is correct. Lead time is subtracted from the ending time. We also add a 1-second buffer for Internet delay.
