Thank you for your notice about the import link. We corrected the problem via a hotfix just now, so you should be able to import now.
It was trying to alert you to that fact that importing is a premium feature ... but it would be unfair to enforce that for a customer that just helped us fix it! We gave a year free subscription. I hope this is a fair exchange.
