I do see snipe times listed on the Completed tab, but when I checked the log to see what we encountered when we placed the snipes, eBay did "accept" the bid submission, but they returned a page that says the item was ended early. We know we submitted the bid since we would not have received that web page otherwise.
Sorry that this error wasn't clear, we do place snipes very well, but sometimes it is very difficult to determine the reason the snipe wasn't accepted; we have to parse (read) the result page that comes back from eBay, which changes from time to time.
