I just purchased a 12-month unlimited sniping subscription from your webpage but I am puzzled in that after I selected that plan, I also checked the box to “Make subscription recurring for extra 25% off.” The e-mail receipt sent immediately after entering my credit card information indicates a charge of $48.00—no “extra” discount. Can you help to resolve this discrepancy?

Hello Randy,
That box was intended to mean "25% off subsequent years" so we changed it. Since we obviously owe you the 25% back, would it be ok if we just added an extra year to your unlimited subscription at no extra cost?
We're kind of surprised no one said anything until now, so we appreciate that.

Yes, that seems more than fair to me. I’m sorry I took the statement in a way that you didn’t mean it.
Additionally, can you tell me about when my subscription renews, will I get a message (somehow) reminding me beforehand that it is renewing and at what cost?

Our pleasure, thank you for accepting. The subscription will end in two years on 6/24. The credit card subscriptions are not recurring, in fact, so you won't have any surprise credit card charges. It will show your renewal date in the upper left corner.
