I pay for a Bidslammer account yet it’s telling me I’m only enititled to one free snipe? It’s been doing this for some time. Why is it doing this?

Thank you for your question about your subscription. I extended it until we can locate your payment. Our PayPal "IPN" payment notifications didn't register the payment.

Could you reply with the PayPal email that you use? I couldn't find any transactions matching your first and last name.
